To ensure the best service for all our clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or schedule changes. Appointments changed or canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may forfeit the deposit paid. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. At 2C K9 Grooming, a current rabies vaccination is required for all dogs prior to their appointment. This policy ensures the safety and health of all pets and staff in our care. Please provide proof of vaccination when scheduling your dog’s grooming session. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe environment for every furry friend.
